Stayed here as part of a package. Had drinks first night in the bar, and was surprised to discover that hookers are legal in bars and clubs but not on the street. Some amazing sights, but is this what you expect in a supposedly 5 star hotel? I don't think so. Cannot recommend. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
Great drinks and food at Azure which is the poolside restaurant. Relaxed and not crowded. I found the WiFi slow near the pool area, otherwise would be nice place to spend a few hours working with a great view.
Tip: There are two small convenience stores on the lower level and while prices are higher than in the states for many common items, they are lower than what the hotel charges for the same items in the stocked mini fridge in your room.
It's a 5 minute elevator ride and walk and the stores are open late or always open. Avoid the taxis in front of hotel and use uber if possible.
