If you need help with transport to and from medical appointments, help with shopping or other everyday tasks or would like to hire a wheelchair please get in touch. When accidents happen or illnesses take hold, their knowledge can be vital in saving lives or preventing further injury. As a volunteer you will be trained to provide first aid, occasionally life saving, services to those who need help at public events both in Orkney and across Northern Scotland and to support the ambulance service in accordance with current first aid practice.
